Counts an operator's drawer against the day's cash, vault, and deposit movements, prints the finalization report, and marks the drawer finalized for end-of-day.

Writes and voids branch checks. A duplicate check number is either blocked outright or allowed on explicit operator confirmation, depending on the duplicate-disable flag.

The beginning-of-day, end-of-day, and end-of-month posting sequences that validate the branch, roll the business date, and produce the close reports.

Validates the deposit ticket against system cash and check deposits, check sequence, out-of-balance tolerance, cash-drawer finalization, and a successful pre-close backup before posting. On success it flags the day's records closed and resets the next day's drawer state; where card and ACH storage is disabled it blanks the stored card, CVV, expiry, routing, and bank-account fields.

Runs month-end using the extract implementation for the configured insurance company code, then continues with the configured monthly GL, insurance, trial-balance, and regulatory reports.

Edits system and branch configuration values, enforcing feature applicability and value validation, and recording old and new values with operator context when control-status logging is enabled.

Maintains database connections and the shared reference tables — general ledger numbers, codes, and lookup lists — that the rest of the system reads.

Registers a new installation and records the license codes that determine which modules a branch may open.

Changes a password after validating the old password, the confirmation, and the configured length and character rules, then synchronizes the new credential to every enabled credential store.

Puts the system into maintenance: blocks new logins, notifies signed-in users, waits for transaction-critical work to reach a safe point, and permits cancellation only on inactivity requests.

Creates, edits, and deletes users across central identity records and per-branch permission records, enforcing username, password, email, name, initials, uniqueness, MFA, and caller-authority rules. Permission edits cascade — checking a node grants all its ancestors, unchecking a parent removes all its descendants.

Saves a named security level as a reusable permission profile, writing every displayed node value to that profile and optionally repeating the update across all accessible branches.

Backs up and restores the branch database. A manual restore requires restore permission, disables login, and waits for active users out, taking two confirmations when the backup predates current data. Afterwards it restores companion tables, clears login and drawer locks, reverses transactions newer than the restored business date, and requires a restart.

Restores another branch's database alongside the local one under a distinct branch and database identity and new file names, registers the branch, and remaps its legacy users and operator IDs.

Transfers an account between branches. Requires both branches enabled and unlocked, a valid operator and account, a passed end-of-day, no same-day booking, no prior transfer, destination licensing, and confirmation.

Moves files between a branch and the home office over the configured protocol and product folder in binary mode, logging status and retrying transient failures before reporting one.

The underwriting queue. Groups the selected branch’s applications by the status state machine, masks SSNs, enforces branch access, and applies configured attention and retention windows. While MLA is active an application cannot be saved Approved or Booked until every required borrower party has a covered-borrower disposition.

Finds applications by name or SSN across the configured branch or central store — optionally including co-borrowers and rejecting flagged SSNs for new work — and saves the application master and auxiliary records, creditors, personal property, and messages after validating required and variant-specific fields.

Opens a delinquent account with its lock state visible and writes a change-log entry whenever contact, employment, reference, promise, or follow-up data is saved.

Charges off uncollectable accounts and runs the recovery workflows and their reports, returning to the shell when the user exits.

Produces contractual, recency, fiscal-day, 30/60/90, dealer, loan-class, and collector or operator views of delinquency. Where collectors are tracked by loan, output groups and filters on the loan-level assignment.

Records promises to pay and follow-up dates. Every promise date automatically appends a collections comment, and promise dates earlier than the current processing date are rejected when that prevention is enabled.

Prints mailing labels — borrower naming, starting and available label positions, per-account selection — and loan ledger cards in laser or dot-matrix format to the configured printer tray.

Stages borrower notices and letters for the selected account statuses and birthday month, at most one per non-blank borrower tax ID.

Selects borrowers for solicitation and loan-verification mailings, excluding do-not-solicit and do-not-make-again borrowers and applying the configured status, available-credit, delinquency, loan-age, and last-mail thresholds.

Texts borrowers through the messaging API. Validates the office against the remote auth endpoint, keeps opt-in and opt-out audits, expands borrower, office, account, balance, due-date, NMLS, and payment-link tags, and enables card and ACH payment confirmations only when the matching gateway setup is active. Office open hours, close hours, and time zone are maintained here.

On a decline or counteroffer, captures the applicable reasons and terms, selects the configured company or application notice, prints the required copies, and makes the reasons available downstream.

Checks each included party against the Military Lending Act provider, reusing a matching successful result inside the coded age window rather than re-calling, and persists status, identifiers, raw response, and audit data.

Pulls credit reports: validates borrower and joint identity and address, enforces recent-inquiry policy, routes to the configured provider, and parses and persists request, response, and error data. Also produces the branch and consolidated credit-bureau furnishing files for a reporting month and identifies branches missing that month.

Finds booked accounts by identity, account, loan, phone, address, VIN, co-borrower, status, deactivated/hold, reference, or saved query, and edits borrower, co-party, collateral, and sensitive loan-master fields behind validation, field-level change logging, and credential re-entry.

Moves a document between unscanned, pending, approved, and declined. Pending and approved require a valid image, and authorized initials where configured.

Creates in-office, out-of-office, and postponed e-signature requests once signer requirements are met, persisting request identity and the selected forms and rules, and tracks status, download, and completion of returned documents.

Acquires images from a scanner or import into a temporary queue, requires document-type indexing, files application and loan images into the configured active paths, and creates or updates the loan document metadata.

Generates and prints documents while preserving user, account, printer, and mode context, waiting on the current user's spooler jobs when the caller needs synchronous completion.

Maintains a booked loan after origination. A confirmed new-loan reversal voids its check, removes its e-sign request, deletes the related servicing records, and reverses automatic surcharge GL entries.

Books a confirmed loan: validates branch ownership and form data, allocates an unused account number, rejects invalid calculated totals, and persists the servicing records. Drives proceeds disbursement, including multi-disbursement checks and the state-specific booking menus.

The pricing engine — interest rates, late fees, next payment due, payment schedules, and the state-specific routing that ties them together.

Solves APR from amount financed, payment stream, term, frequency, and odd-day timing, applying state rounding exceptions and reporting when the six-decimal APR exceeds the configured cap. Amortization normalizes terms at 52 weekly, 26 biweekly, 24 semi-monthly, and 12 monthly periods per year.

Selects the exact state, provider, form, coverage, term, waiting-period, age, and date schedule for a credit insurance or ancillary premium, applies its limits, and clears combinations the schedule does not support.

Prices retail installment and automobile sale contracts from the confirmed worksheet.

Routes a confirmed retail or auto worksheet to the right calculation by branch state and loan type. An unsupported state raises a no-setup error rather than fabricating a result.

Records collateral and the security interest taken in it — personal property, real estate descriptions, UCC-1 filings and codes, liens, and repossession information.

Analyses an escrow account against its history and projected disbursement schedules, computes current and coming-year surplus or shortage, requires a treatment selection before final printing when the result is nonzero, and prints the annual analysis or statement of new terms.

Renews, pays off, refinances, and reverses loans, including insurance reversal and payment rescheduling.

Closes the old loan on renewal, persists a snapshot of its components, and posts the required loan-class and cross-branch GL entries, logging and reporting any failure.

Quotes a payoff. Rejects invalid dates, dates before the loan date, and excessive backdating without an override; runs the state and accounting payoff to produce balance plus interest, fees, and penalties less applicable rebates; and refuses the quote while non-EOD charge-down or charge-off transactions outnumber reversals.

Computes unearned-charge rebates from the contract terms, elapsed periods, reversal history, earning methods, and configured minimums.

Applies payment funds across escrow, late charge, IAHC, returned-check fee, miscellaneous charges, PMI, and interest in the exact configured order. Funds short of a due charge are applied in full against it, and no accrued interest is collected while the payment date falls inside a same-as-cash period.

Card and ACH payments through the Repay and PayNearMe gateways, plus the customer card and ACH profiles they draw on.

Disburses loan proceeds electronically. When a disbursement POST fails or returns an ambiguous response, the system queries the gateway for the transaction before deciding whether it was approved, and surfaces unresolved failures rather than guessing.

At beginning of day or on explicit online posting, selects enabled due ACH and card rows, rejects ineligible account statuses, calls the configured gateway, and books only validated successes — a transaction counts as successful only when the status is accepted and the customer, invoice, type, authorization code, and transaction ID all return.

Saves recurring and one-time ACH and card schedules, requiring a supported frequency, a non-past date, a positive one-time amount, at least one selected schedule type, and day 1 or 15 for semi-monthly.

Prints payment receipts, checks, and coupon books, taking a lock so a second writer is rejected until it is released.

Imports and exports batch files. Batch-payment and recovery-center files must pass format and business validation before their transactions are imported.

Branch and portfolio management reports. Protected entries are added to the menu only for users holding the matching security key.

State-mandated filings such as the Georgia installment-lender quarterly activity report: calculates and validates each section, persists branch data, supports amendments, consolidates selected branches, and emits the quarterly PDF.

Populates staging data and renders the report-specific Crystal template to preview, printer, or PDF.

Windows process, registry, audio, and session diagnostics used to troubleshoot a workstation.

Authenticates a server, username, and password against the company database, then requires a branch — all enabled branches for a system administrator, only granted branches for an ordinary user. A login-disabled branch blocks an ordinary user and an administrator may override with a stated reason. Three failed attempts or a failed MFA check deny the login without creating a session.

Qualifies branch-relative SQL with the selected branch schema and composes cross-branch unions only over authorized or explicitly supplied branches. A qualifying timeout is logged, the command timeout raised by 15 seconds up to 30, and the query retried under five times after a ten-second wait.

Tracks the logged-in session. Writes the login row with workstation, abnormal-exit, check-in, and request state; runs the heartbeat and shows the logout dialog on a remote request or configured inactivity; and on exit logs the user out, clears loan, application, and account locks, unloads forms, closes the connection, and resets login state.

The main menu. Opening a module requires the applicable branch permission and installed-module license, and rejects read-only or disabled-system states where coded.

Initializes global dictionaries and filesystem state on launch, verifies and installs required local components unless bypassed, rejects and terminates a second local instance, and hands off to the SQL login workflow.
